AI Product Developer
I'm currently studying Creative Computing at the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten, in St. Pölten, Lower Austria. It's my second degree, and I focus on applied artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, software and product development.
Before that, I worked with international companies in tech and consumer goods, including Topcoder in the US and Heineken's operation in Nigeria, helping teams understand their data and make better decisions with it. It taught me to care less about technology for its own sake and more about what it does for the people who use it.
DoneJot started with my own week: lectures, work, projects and community commitments, all competing for the same 24 hours. It's the planner I wanted, built entirely on the iPhone, because your plans are nobody else's business.
DoneJot is looking for a small group of launch partners. If your people juggle classes, shifts, services or deadlines, let's talk.
Campus pilots, orientation-week onboarding and student pricing for your members. Built by a student, for students.
Shared routines and ready-to-tap links for services, meetups, live streams and volunteer rotas.
Focus and wellbeing pilots for teams that want fewer distractions, calmer calendars and on-time meetings.
Early access, a press kit and launch interviews for productivity creators, podcasters and journalists.
Tell us who you are, who your people are and what you have in mind. This goes straight to Abiodun, the developer.

DoneJot needs iOS 26. The AI assistant uses Apple Intelligence, which needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence turned on. On other iPhones, quick-add and the assistant use DoneJot's built-in smart rules instead.
Only on your iPhone. There is no DoneJot account and no server. The assistant runs on-device with Apple Intelligence, so your tasks and calendar never leave your phone. Read the full privacy policy.
No. When a task has a place, DoneJot checks where you are while you're using the app, to work out the travel time with Apple Maps. It never runs in the background and never keeps a history of where you've been. Apple Maps gets the trip's start and end points to calculate the route; we never see them. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes. Add your Google account once in the iPhone Settings app under Apps, Calendar, Calendar Accounts, and DoneJot picks it up automatically, along with iCloud, Outlook, Exchange and subscribed calendars.
With Apple's Screen Time permission, which you grant once. During a focus session, apps you haven't allowed show a DoneJot screen with “Back to focus” and “I finished the task”. Phone calls and Emergency SOS always work, and everything unlocks automatically when time is up.
Your tasks, routines and history stay. You can still open and export them; planning features pause at the end of the billing period until you pick a plan again. You manage subscriptions in Settings, under your Apple Account.
DoneJot is in private testing and launching on the App Store soon. Join the waitlist at the bottom of this page, or follow the developer on GitHub, to hear the moment it's out.
